Elimination Final:
Wesley Curtin 4th (11 & 7) vs. Kelmscott 5th (11 & 7)
Rnd 6: Kelmscott def Wesley by 12 points
Rnd 14: Wesley def Kelmscott by 18 points
Kelmscott got the early season win but lost in the rematch to Wesley during their late season form slump. Wesley for some reason have lost their last three games (NB, CBC & WCC), whilst Kelmscott have regained their sparkle and won their last three (Uni, WCC & CBC). If Kelmscott won last week without Dodd (he is listed as having played) Collard, D’Vauz, Jones, & Bull then it doesn’t look good for Wesley. I’m not sure if these players are injured or FIFO but winning form is good form and it may mean an unlikely early exit in 2016 for last year’s runners up.

Qualifying Final:
University 2nd (14 & 4) vs. CBC 3rd (12 & 6)
Rnd 2: CBC def Uni by 28 points
Rnd 11: Uni def CBC by 25 points
CBC got the early season win but lost the mid season rematch to Uni. CBC have lost tow of their last three games (TA's, Kelmscott)to top 5 sides and if the club is going to make amends for last years straight sets finals exit then I’d suggest they need to pick up their form this week. University were also a late season victim to Kelmscott in rnd 16, so it is hard to judge Uni’s current form. With a full compliment of players and at home Uni will be hard to beat and I expect them to match up next week against TA’s at Billy Grayden.

Elimination Final:
CBC 4th (12 & 6) vs. North Fremantle 5th (9 & 9)
Rnd 7: CBC def Nth Ftle by 30 points
Rnd 15: Nth Ftle def CBC by 25 points
After suffering the humiliation of their A Grade relegation, perhaps Nth Freo can salvage something out of 2015 through their finals performance in the two’s. They should have at least 5 or 6 qualified “league players” this week and that will make it hard for CBC, so I expect them to progress for another week at least.

Qualifying Final:
North Beach 2nd (15 & 3) vs. University 3rd (11 & 7)
Rnd 1: Nth Beach def Uni by 39 points
Rnd 10: Nth Beach def Uni by 63 points
The Beach have been very strong all year in the Reserves and because they are not participating in the A Grade finals will also have at least 5 or 6 qualified “league players” this week as well. That does not look good for Uni. After a slow start to the season the University reserves team is taking shape and would have been a formidable threat had Nth Beach not been their opponent in week one. It will be close but expect North Beach to match up against the undefeated TA’s side next week in the second semi.
