Kingsway Football Club would like to invite expressions of interest for Coaching Roles for the 2016 season.
Senior Head Coach
The successful applicant’s role will include:
• Develop and implement effective game plans and ensure appropriate structures are in place to support this.
• Establish, implement and coordinate appropriate training programs that maximises the development of all players within the Club.
• Contribute to the development of skills, physical attributes, football knowledge and personal growth of all players within the Club.
• Lead and influence all players across the club in line with club values.
• Communicate strongly with the playing group and Football Department.
Reserves, Thirds, Colts and Assistant Coaches
These roles will include:
• Working with the Senior Head Coach to develop and implement an effective game plan.
• Contribute to the development of skills, physical attributes, football knowledge and personal growth of all players within the Club.
• Lead and influence all players across the club in line with club values.
• Communicate strongly with the playing group and Football Department.
