Spot on with your remarks TK. The Beach squad is very young and have seen steady improvement all year as they get more exposure to A Grade footy. North Beach refuse to play 20 year olds in colts and promote them into senior footy. Each week they have 6-10, 20 year olds in the A Grade side. With experience comes consistency and belief, so they are going to be a little up and down until they all play enough games against some very experienced teams.
Saying that their form has been reasonable all year, narrowly losing to Uni and Wesley by 4 points and Kelmscott by 4 goals in the first half of the year. With their 2s, 3s, 4s and both colts sitting Top 2 depth of players and pressure for spots sees a pretty bright future at the Beach in 2016 onwards.
