You sound fitter than most guys playing C grades and lower already. Honestly - give it a crack it's awesome fun and you'll make a bunch of new mates.

Spencer50 perhaps one of the Ammo posters on here can copy a link to the Ammo's fixtures and you can perhaps go to a couple of the matches and see what the atmosphere is like at those games.
