Well Whitford got an upset win over Scarborough which breathes some life into their campaign, what happened to The Shiz from Whitford? Only appearance I can recall was when he was complaining about timekeepers, . Scarborough loss opens up a chance for Swan Ath, Wanneroo or even Wembley to make a run for top spot. While Hamerlsey, Whitford and Collegians will duke it out for the last spot in the finals.

With Stirling not having a Colts side a few people would have enjoyed a sleep in while the Brett Jones Colts teams (Wanneroo's Second Colts side) played at Wanneroo Showgrounds, Wanneroo lost the game as it's not in the B Grsde I won't dwell on it too much, but it was a great effort.

In the Reserves Wanneroo were looking to finish the season strong as the slim glimmer of hope to play finals were dashed last weekend. It was a scrappy game but highlighted by the greatest comeback since Lazarus as a club favourite made his welcomed return to the playing arena a true feel good story I'm sure Disney will want to make into a blockbuster for a 2016 release. In the end Wanneroo won by 104 points a good team effort by all involved.

MrM was barely starting on his lunch when the league game had started and by the time lunch was finished (those who know MrM would know it was quick) Wanneroo had already kicked 3 goals, by the end of the first quarter Wanneroo were all over Stirling and had piled on 6 goals. In the second quarter Wanneroo just went through the motions and some sloppy play cost them as Stirling managed to split the quarter and were well in the contest at half time.

Not too sure what Wanneroo were told at the half time break but it must have been along the lines of "Get your A into G" as they started the third quarter much like they started the first controlling the play from the early outset. A.Sweet from Stirling was mustering a one man fightback, but it was to no avail and Wanneroo were looking like they were really about to put the foot down and finish Stirling as the three quarter time break approached.
The fourth quarter came and went without much fanfare or excitement, even after Stirling kicked about 3 goals in 5 minutes we heard no cheers from the crowd. Wanneroo did what they need to do and won the game, and will be looking forward to build on that for the remaining 3 weeks of the season.
As for Stirling, well only a miracle could save them from relegation.

Mr.M

With 3 games left and finals, I just want to get your opinion on who will be the top 5 and each teams chance on making the final day in September?

I was going to save that to 2 games to go. We shall definitely have a better understanding after Saturday. The pressure is on for most sides.
