Well the comp has really had some spice added to it now.
Willetton had the upset win I predicted over Bullcreek.
The Ridge boys went down to Melville and need to regroup quickly this week.
Quninns smashed Gossie
Carlisle only just got past Basso
Kingsley gave there Top 5 chances a massive boost by beating Lynwood easily.

Ok so the only things locked in at this stage are Quinns to finish Top with
Lynwood and Gosnells to be relegated and sent down to C2 in 2016.

This weeks games will have a big say in the make up of the ladder from 2nd to 7th depending on results.

Willetton to beat Gosnells by 75 points plus and get ever so closer to making the Top 5 and finals.

Carlisle v Kingsway well this one will be a coin flip, Kingsley have had some very up and down results over recent weeks and Carlisle since beating Quninns seem to be only just getting the job done against some weaker sides. I will go Carlisle by 2 goals on because its at home for them.

Bullcreek to recover in a big way and beat Lynwood by 10 goals plus

Ocean Ridge to beat Basso by 6 goals plus, Ridge have way too much to play for and I am sure Basso are just marking the weeks off the calender now after doing enough to maintain C1 status in 2016.

Game of the Round
Quinns v Melville

After losing the last 2 homes games to Carlisle and Bullcreek, I would think Quninns will be fired up to make a statement this week. Melville are taking all before them and posting consistant high scores along the way. I cant see Quinns dropping this one but I didn't think they would lose to Carlisle or Bullcreek either. Should be a cracker of a game and I look forward to reading the scores on Saturday Night. Quinns by 15 points

Morning gents, tips are as follows:

Gossy to be gallant but willo to win by 35 points

Cracking game this one, kingsley to get the job done by 7 points

The creek to get up by 45 points

Ridge to bounce backafter being outclassed last week and win by 31 points at basso

This will be a cracking game and with top spot up for grabs it becomes even more important. The rams after a great win last week will continue their form and come stampeding home to beat quinns by 11 points.

Enjoy the day lads!

Saw quinns v Melville today havent seen Melville before but they were on.
The game was goal for goal most of the way with a 2 goal breeze quinns had in the last qrtŕ.
They got 2 in front then lost again to a top 5 team at home.
I could see Gilgolm and Shredder were out but no excuses i think quinns will go out in straight setß.
The other top teams know now they can beat thèm dissapointing because they are clearly the best on the day maybe they think that !

Bullcreek to good for Lynwood ferndale in both league and reserve but a massive shout out to the club and supporters from Bullcreek who helped us raise money for a fallen panther, showed true community footy and what's it all about.
Thanks again to the Bullcreek football club

Quinns District (C1) 0.0 0.0 0.0 12.7 (79)
Melville (C1) 0.0 0.0 0.0 12.11 (83)

retired is right! Quinns cannot beat the top sides when the pressure is on. They wont win a finals game. Disappointing as they were looking good early in the season.

Can't see quinns going out in straight sets. The only worry I have with them is their home ground doesn't suit how they play. When I watched bullcreek get over them quinns run hard but their oval is so small. That bullcreek being the defense side they are could defend that quite easy.

That's an interesting reply 217, they only play 9 games a year at that oval, and train two to three nights per week there, They have been playing there as a club for years.

Surely they would know how to play their own oval?????
