Roleystone went into the break unbeaten and look to be red hot favorites at the moment. Swan Districts have been consistent and look to be the biggest threat to Roleystone. Yanchep are also moving along nicely and will be around about at the end of the year. East Fremantle have improved as the season goes and are doing much better in E1 than the last team who came from C3 in Nollamara who couldn't win a game last year in E1 and finished last and are now dominating C 4 .
North Beach are doing the best of the non first clubs but are a bit up and down. With a number of x A Grade players North Beach will be dangerous at the business end of the season. Coolbellup still struggle to put consistent form together and if they can get some commitment from their playing list are capable of giving the comp a shake.
The remaining teams Ocean Ridge , Quinns Swan Athletic and Willetton will just play out the season and hope to get a win here and there.

This weeks games will see
Roleystone to be tested by the Swans but still win well
North Beach to beat Willetton
East Fremantle to have an easy victory over the struggling Swan Athletic
Yanchep to win well against Ocean Ridge
Coolbellup to win by 20 goals at home against Quinns

There is talk going around that the coolbelup v quinns game was called off in the last quarter?

yeah with maybe 3 minutes to go, nothing malice and nothing between players, in the hands of the WAAFL I'd say.
quinns guys stuck around for a few beers after and had a great attitude.

Yeah I did hear that it may have been a spectator that hit a player. Good to see they still hung around for a few cold ones

I'm not sure what has been reported as i dont expect to hear anything from the league until wednesday/thursday.
From all reports a drunken spectator grabbed a player, but as far as i know, nobody was punched or hurt in any way. It was a weird situation and the umpires did the right thing.
We also had never seen the spectator before and hope to never again, we still don't even know who did what.
The captain and coach of quinns were great about the incident and couldnt have been better in the situation.
Only one person seemed to think someone was struck and was celebrating like Coolbellup had been disqualified, so take that for what you will as everyone else seemed to wonder what the fuss was all about, infact most of the players went back to position.
The game itself was quite good and played in great spirits.
