Armadale vs Osborne Park

Very good game of footy this.....Osborne Park dominating the first 2 and half quarters and leading by 37 points half way through the 3rd with Grogan clear best on ground to this point......but then Osborne Park's bench has fired Armadale in to action and the game had changed with Armadale kicking 5 of the next 6 goals to be only 16-17 points down at the last break.....After the 3 quarter time break it was ALL Armadale with the home side running out winners by 19 points.....Very entertaing game with end to end fast flowing running footy played by both sides......

even a very very average display of umpiring couldn't wreck this game.......

Jets already equal their win tally from last season, a good turnaround from last week's shocker against Cottesloe.
The stingers by all accounts made a good game of it and are improving every week.

Not sure what's going on at Belmont, 2 big losses in 2 weeks may be setting off some alarm bells. Or are Nolla a real force? Seem to have a lot of clearances coming in as the weeks go by.

Cobras will be chuffed with their win over 2015 surprise packet Kwinana.

Armadale with a brilliant come from behind win over Ossie Park. They may be 1 and 3 but I feel ossie park can knock off just about anyone in this grade on the right day and wouldn't take them lightly.

Baysie were far from disgraced against Rossmoyne going down in another close one. They may take some time to find their feet but I think they will knock some teams off later in the year.

Cottesloe V kwinana should be an absolute cracker this weekend.

Some very interesting results on the weekend. Nollamara have made the biggest call after a second thrashing of one of the top 2 teams in two weeks. They completely outplayed Belmont to win by 9 goals a week after beating Armadale by 10 goals. They have recruited a number of players over the last few weeks with WAFL experience and also have ex Collingwood player Shannon Cox. Looks like having WAFL legend Alistair Pickett as coach is paying of as Nolla are playing a WAFL brand of quick ball movement ,play on running handball style of football with some goals coming after a chain of 7/8 hand balls from deep in defence. They play on at all times especially from deep in defence and then just run and carry the ball all the way forward. They will be very hard to beat this year and are now firm premiership favourites.
Armadale got a good hard win over Osbourne Park by 11 points at home to settle their season after last weeks loss to Nolla. Both sides played a good brand of running football with Armadale doing it better . Poor disposal cost Osbourne Park.
Rossmoyne had a fairly easy win over Bayswater and would have won by a lot more if not for some very poor hola kicking. Rossmoyne are definately on the climb up the ladder.
The Cobras got up in a bit of a shock win over Kwinana. Cockburns new recruits look like they are starting to improve and this will see them move up the ladder.
Safety Bay lost to Jandakot by 5 goals. The Jets are improving steadily but will need more if they are to be a force this season.
