The WAAFL State 19s is back for another season.
As in past seasons this is considered the pinnacle of representative football for colts aged footballers in the WAAFL system.
Over the past two years we have seen products of this program go onto WAFL football including Hayden Tanner who has played league football with Perth, Matt Baseden who has played reserves football with East Fremantle and Josh McAskil who has played reserves football with Peel.
Scouts and assistant coaches will be out at games over the next two weekends with invites to go out to players at the end of April with the program commencing in mid-May.
In a new initiative the program is going to have social media coverage in 2015. Those familiar with Mike to Cam and the WAFL Waffle will be pleased to know that they are also going to feature the state program in 2015 with a weekly segment looking at the program and WAAFL football in general.
