The Bullcreek Leeming Amateur Football Club would like to invite expressions of interest for the following coaching positions for the 2015 season;
C League
C Reserves
Bullcreek Leeming’s previous 4 seasons in C grade have yielded 3 Grand Final appearances and 2 Premierships. The Head Coach position presents as a very strong opportunity for applicants to inherit what is believed to be an experienced senior playing group with a strong blend of talented younger players having now graduated from Colts, in a grade where we have tasted recent success.
Applicants are expected to have a clear framework identifying coaching philosophies and structures which they believe would deliver optimum performances both on and off the field.
Successful applicants will possess the following attributes;
o Ability to develop and implement a playing strategy designed to filter down the grades
o Emphasis on player development
o Willingness to devise and impart a bold club culture to the whole playing group
o Strong leadership and communication skills
