Roleystone V Bayswater

Another massive crowd will gather at Cross Park to witness what should be a very high standard finals game. The atmosphere at Roleystone is fantastic with a big crowd and resembles the atmosphere at country football games and Roleystone run a very professional day with a great canteen and raffles running all day . Something you don't see very much at Amateur Football.

Bayswater were very clinical in their win over Melville in the first semi and completely outclassed the Rams. Their run and ball movement was exceptional and they had the game all sewn up by half time. The only downside for Bayswater was the very serious injury to their centre half forward late in the game.
Roleystone were overwhelmed by a match hardened Safety Bay and maybe they were a little rusty after the week off. The Bays mids were very well organised and ran harder than the Tigers and their forwards were much more effective. The big crowd tried but couldn't get Roleystone up.

Roleystone have won both encounters against Bayswater this year though both have been close games. Bayswaters run and carry and slick ball movement will worry The Tigers though they counter attack and switch the ball very well and are harder at the ball than Bayswater. Inspirational Roleystone captain Robbie Rearce is playing with a heavily strapped broken arm and will be under pressure all day. He will get support from Brendan Chapman ,Gavin Olsen , Mitch Lewis and Steve Abbott. Bayswaters full forward Terry Farmer has been ineffective in the finals so far. Baysie will need big games from Jason Santoro , Micheal Higgs , Aiden Ridley ,Steven Dodge and captain Sean Mckenzie . The game will be a very hard fought affair and of a high standard. Roleystone willed on by their huge home crowd and with the home ground advantage will just get over the line though it could go either way.

Another good game of footy today it is goin to be a really tough hard fight all day with the weather the way it is , the last couple games these guys played against each other was only 4 kicks the difference today's conditions are goin to favour baysie stopin roleystone fast slick ball movement this is a tough game to pick so I'm going to sit on the fence and say margin will be a goal difference either way,

A very contested type game today. Bayswater like to get space that they wont find today.
both teams like to get the loose man back.
also roley like to get the footy in the hands of no18 coming off half back which bayswater will need to look at if they expect to be a chance.
