The e 1 finals series moves up to Roleystone with two big finals and what should be a big crowd at the cavernous Cross Park.

Bayswater V Melville

Bayswater have won both clashes this year by over 10 goals. The Rams were dogged winners over Coolbelup in the elimination final despite looking like the less skilled team . Melville just stuck at Coolby all day to record a dogged victory. Bayswater is a massive step up in class for Melville and the will have play their best footy to get closes to the skill full fast flowing Bayswater. The Blues came unstuck on the restricted confines of Safety Bays oval and will get a little bit more space at Roleystone and should come away with a comfortable victory though Melville will fight it out to the end.

Roleystone V Safety Bay

These two have one win each this season and will go at each in the second semi final. The Tigers had the week off and will be fresh and also watched the Qualifying final so will be well versed in Safety Bats style of football. The Stingers were impressive in defeating Bayswater and will be confidant that they can get over Roleystone. Both sides have a similar style of hard at it football and are very well structured. The Stingers key will be its forward line as they have 3/4 players capable of kicking big goals and their hard running midfielders will also present problems. Roleystones midfield love playing at CrossPark in front of their adoring home crowd and their back line is also rock solid. Coache Glen Coppin will have his Tigers pumped up and primed and they should advance to Grand Final with a close victory at home.

Hard to make a case for Melville. The standard of the elimination final was along off the qualifying final and Bayswater looked a lot better than Melville but anything can happen in finals and Melville will be pumped up looking for a big upset.
Roleystone will be fresh but I just feel Safety Bay are the better team.

Bayswater vs Melville
This game Is goin to be all one way with bayswater easy getting the win Melville were lucky to get the win last week , the rams will hav a lot of confidence after there win but bayswater are a lot more talented football players and they will be lookin to get the job done and focus on the following week

Safetybay vs roleystone

This is goin to be a cracker of a match with both teams in form as they hav been all year they both hav a lot if skillful players around the ground and structure up nicely the battle is goin to be in the middle I think it will be a close physical game ,I hav a feeling the bay are goin to get up this game is suited to there big bodied tough nut mids , there forward line is in cracking form and hard to stop As we witnessed them in action last week

Interesting first week of finals last week
where to for cooby for the future
could only field a team of 20 for the biggest game of the year then implode with bad discipline.
also feel sorry for the bayswster full forward the amount of pressure put on him by his teamates who got stuck into him because he wasnt winning them the game . he copped some dreadful serves from his teammates right in front of me.

melville v bayswater
what effect the conditions today with cross park likely to be waterlogged and stifle bayswaters outside run
bayswater should have too much talent but might end up closer game than many expecting
bayswater by 20 points

roleystone v safety bay
safety bay played a much better brand of football than when they played us earlier this season. They seemed much tougher on the inside while having great kicking skills.
ill go for a draw here!

Melville vs bayswater

We'll this game went as expected with bayswater giving the rams a touch up there run through the middle and there skills were a lot beta then the rams they Neva looked threatened the whole day now they will be looking to get th job done against Roley

Safetybay vs roleystone

This game was a absolute cracker and in my opinion was the GF preview between the 2, Roley came out the gates fast and really took it to the bay boys with a handy 20 point lead after Q1 then the bay boys scratched there way bak to be a goal down at half time this game was a reall fast moving skillful game and could of gone either way after the 3rd Q the bay managed to still the lead by a goal at this point the game was any ones and a real nail bitter to watch.the bays mids were really aggressive and moved the footy really we'll and there tackling pressure was tough they managed to kick a few goals in a row and it looked like roleystone were not upto the physicality of the game and went down by a respectable 24 points
