Well what a week in football! No surprises last week, although Swan View nearly pulled off a heist! Only for DM to get back in front just in time!

Looks like the top 5 are well and truly settled as are 4th and 5th spot, but top 3 is wide open for who finishes where and gets the home finals. Dianella with a bye this week will really put some heat into next weeks game between DM and Balla which will probably decide second spot! And a home final!

On to this weeks games

Cockburn Vs Manning

Cockburn put up a good fight last week and if they take the same intensity into the game against manning they shouldn’t have any problems, Manning will be tonguing for a win and would be looking to bring some form into next weeks who cares cup vs east freo which will see one of those teams finish on a high! In this game, Cockburn by 10 goals

Swan View Vs Kenwick

Swan view did themselves no damage last week by giving a top 2 side a good scare, they may see these clubs in the finals so great time to see exactly what they can achieve and hopefully get some mental edge especially with the bye next week! Kenwick had a training run against manning and romped home by 20+ goals. I think Kenwick are building very nicely and are happy with top spot and the week off, although I don’t think the week off helps, but they will take care of swan view here, by 8 goals

Ellenbrook Vs Ballajura

Ellenbrook season is done in league but are a good chance in ressies, you would think any fringe players who need to qualify for ressies will be playing the earlier fixture, not saying Ellenbrook are rolling over but doing everything possible to get some silverware back to Coolamon makes sense to me. Although if they manage to knock off Ballajura it will really do us a favour, and Whitey I’ll give you that carton if you can pull it off . Balla coming off an impressive win vs East won’t have any problems this week while the build to next weeks block buster, Balla by 8 goals

East Vs Brentwood

East would be disappointed with last weeks efforts and will want to put in a good showing for their last home game of the year, Brentwood coming off a tough grind vs Cockburn and are under no illusions as to where they currently sit and the hard work that needs to be done! In saying that I think Brentwood will get the chockies here and look to take some sort of free flowing footy into the finals series. Brentwood by 5 goals

Dianella have a bye which may be good timing to let them settle before finals!

Manning in the ressie need to try and get a strong side together this week to get a win againist cockburn. cockburn by 8 goals. league manning big chance for win this is going to be a good game. manning by 10 points.
swan view vs kenwick ressie will be a good game to watch. kenwick by 1 goal. league kenwick to strong for swan view. kenwick by 8 goals.
ellenbrook vs balla ressie will be good to watch but ellenbrook should win. 3 goals. league balla have played well this year and will be to good for ellenbrook. balla by 12 goals.
east vs brentwood. brentwood will be to strong for east but i think east are waiting for the big game againist manning in the last game. league 15 goals. ressie will be a good game but brentwood will do it. 2 goals.

I',m pretty sure Ellenbrook won't be going into this weekend thinking the season is done and if they get up they'll be coming hard at Brentwood in the final round. Let's hope for the View's sake we can beat Kenwick and or Balla get up.

Cockburn-Should do it easy at home.
Swan View-Should've won last week,will be another close one here.
Ballajura-The only time we will be barracking for them all year.
Brentwood-Look to be limping to finals but should get away with this one. East Freo would be some hope if they had a fresh 22 in the league.
