TOPIC:

So thought I would kick it off a bit earlier this week as my life as a part timer has come to an end!

I have been busy crunching some numbers and to say this week is a big game is an understatement of mass proportions!!! Basically baring any unforseen results, we win this week, we should get a double chance, lose this week and it becomes very very difficult to get a top 3 spot!

Taking a look at it, the top 5 are all but settled in league, although in ressies, my ladder calculator tells me there is a slight change! With Brentwood scraping in and kenwick getting the double chance, unfortunately for swanview, the bye is not helping!!

Anyway plenty to ponder there, but onto this weeks games

Cockburn Vs Balla

Balla would be fuming they didn’t get the result last week, they are very hard to beat at home and only went down by 10 points, Cockburn fresh off the bye but will have to switch on quickly. I think Balla will get the job done here, although Cockburn at anning park are no easy beats so they better not take them lightly

Swan View Vs Manning

Swan View will be scratching their heads wondering what happened last week, especially with finals spots on the line, lucky for them my ladder predictor says they will still make the 5. While manning can’t wait for the year to be over! Swan View by plenty

Ellenbrook Vs DM

Ellenbrook would have really enjoyed that win last week at their home ground, but will be finding this week a little bit more difficult I think. While DM are the inform team of the competition and pushed east freo to the side with ease! I think this game may be closer than some think with Ellenbrook on a high from last week, but DM will get the job done and win by 4 goals

Kenwick Vs Brentwood

As mentioned before this game is huge, and I cannot wait for the challenge, don’t think it gets much tougher than taking on top of the table at mills park! Will be good to see where we are at and how we handle ourselves against one of the best in the competition! Kenwick would be full of confidence after knocking off balla at kingfisher while brentwood did what they had to against Manning. Looking to getting hopefully a couple more back this week and really build towards finals. I’ll take Brentwood to win by 3 goals

2014 WAAFL bylaws state 9 team comps have a top 4 in finals!!!
Wonder how many sides have over looked this !!!

That is interesting wildOne, although pretty sure it will still be a top 5 as it was a 10 team comp in teh beginning, either way , i would think teh top 4 is pretty settled, would only affect swan view, baring a major form drop off from one of the top 4

does anyone know how relegation is going to work in C3?? will only 9th be relegated?
