For too long the try hards of E2 haven't had a voice. There hasn't been an ongoing place for us to come, meet and discuss the form players, the general goings on and a place to submit our weekly tips.

Let's try to be peaceful and keep to a minimum any accusations, complaining about umpires, moaning about the lack of spectators or general sportsmanship and behaviour.

Who wants to kick us off on what will surely be the hottest forum post of the year?

When does the E2 season start?

It starts at 2pm on Saturday the 23rd of August.

Huge week regarding the mid table sides. If we can get a win then 4th place becomes a possibility which means we get to make up the numbers until Fremantle CBC and Willetton play off in the Grand Final.

Not long now until the teams come out for this HUGE round of E2!

My knowledgeable predictions below:

Willetton vs Ballajura - Willetton by 140

North Beach vs Brentwood - Huge game! Brentwood have won 4 in a row to rocket to 6th and are charging full steam ahead. However, North Beach actually train and are sitting 3rd on the ladder so they're big favourites. Brentwood by 16.

West Coast vs Fremantle CBC - FCBC on top and sliding towards finals without a worry in the world. West Coast looking to their end of season trip already. FCBC by 72.

Kewlbinia va Wesley Curtin - Match of the round for my liking with 7th vs 9th. Home ground advantage is too much to overlook so Coolbinia by 11.

Noranda vs Warnbro - Here it is. 4th vs 5th. If Brentwood can jag a win they'll slide ahead of the loser here. I think Warnbro will have the goods as they undertake what could be the longest road trip in the history of sport.

Willeton and CBC definitely the teams to beat as they are both well drilled with good skills.... ive noticed Brentwood have started knocking off some good sides quite amazing how they have turned their season around and Noranda look like they were to strong for Warnbro at home !

I put the recent Brentwood success down to mates finally succumbing to the pressure of the guys playing to start turning out. We've had a few back from long injuries, too. Now we need to look to plan our first training session for the year as the game against Willetton will be quite a tussle.

I am quite suprised you knocked off north beach at their home ground a good result fir a side that you say has not trained all year..... looking at the fixtures you would have to be quite confident of finishing 4th or at least 5th ?

Some big games this weekend which could determine the top 5 all games fairly evenly matched.... will be interested to see if Brentwood knock off second placed Willeton at home !
