Stirling reserves coach what were you thinking playing 19 players on the ground and thinking it was ok because you were 10 goals down. Then when you got caught and a head count was done your comment was did it matter. Rules are rules mate.

Worse than that was the extra guy on the field had just been red carded, changed jumpers and went back on so I am told!!

That's not a good look for their club and the comp if true.

Perhaps mr Houdini could explain this a bit more although with the league side getting beaten he may be in hiding

I believe the umpire dropped the red card and said he was good to come back on

Desert Dog that does not sound possible. If that was the case why did he change jumpers before coming back on??

An umpire cannot simply drop a red card once issued during the game but I have heard of stranger things happening when club umpires are in charge.

In any regard if you receive a yellow card you must stay off for 15 minutes which I don't think happened in this case. My source was one of the goal umpires.
