Completely agree wth you!
Honestly I don't think we can talk about favourites until the top 5 are signed sealed and delivered!! You just need to look how easily things can change over a short period of time for teams! Few injuries, couple holidays and your back to square one!
Few big games coming up for the top 3 over the next 3-4 weeks (thornlie V warnbro / CV v Carlisle)
Personally I'm happy with anyone in the top 5 other than Noranda.... Few spastics in that team!

That's it.

GTM hit clubs hard a few weeks ago.

I'm had to play League last week due to injuries... as an old and fat man!

This week again, our Skipper has his wedding in Broome (massive out as he has won 2 out of the last 3 Association F&B's).

Weekend after vs Carlisle we have a few guys playing in the State Program, obviously we will lose some quality there as well.

Far too early to call, and teams can only perform with and against what they have on the day - which is the nature of Ammys!
Loves kicking goals, passing them off is only an option.

Interesting first post mate....

Can easily say that your full of shit!
If it was clean and in the play why did I watch him run off, then proceed to hide on the bench and not return to the field?
Never mind make his mrs grab his gear!

It may have been high, there was no malice in it I didn't say it was clean but it wasn't dirty as you were saying. was a young colt and probably didnt take the field as your older reserves were hell bent on vengeance for something that was nothing more than an accident on the footy field. People shouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions. And his mrs's grabbing his gear? I'm not sure but if it's true he must of feared for his personal welfare of the footy field which show the colours of the supporters or the players who made him feel as if it would be unsafe to get his own gear.

Personally I think it was an accident, never want to see someone on the gurney! Worst vision in my opinion goodluck to all teams this week! Go the hawks !

Sorry I dont believe that last post....Was he frightened for his saftey? if so why because of his actions?

Seems he started something he may not have been keen to finish.

Accident or not he needs to be held accountable for his actions, and any club that makes an excuse for putting an opposition player on a stretcher is a club that has players playing for the wrong reasons.

To say the kid hit someone first made me genuinely laugh....

If any of you have met this scrawny Asian kid who was stretchered off you would know.... It is his first year of senior footy, weighs 50kg and the nicest bloke you would meet. I've never even hear him swear!

Adds to my argument Loves a goal. It seems footballsthewinner feels its important to get on a forum like this and defend the undefendable, rather than stand up to the idiots from his club that give everyone there a bad name.

How is the young kid?
How your club raised this with the association? Someone eneds to be held accountable for this weak action,

I was at the game with the stretcher incident last week, and I will post once then put this to bed.
Firstly I do not condone this on a footy field so dont rant and rave at me.
Fact- the guy who ended up on the stretcher DID hit a few players behind play during the first half. 2 Warnbro players had some nice lumps on the side of there faces from this at half time.
Fact- Warnbro Captain spoke to both umpires regarding what was happening and provided them with the players number to watch.
Never saw the guy get hit (seems nobody did)however heard it was in a contest. Noting it was right in front of the spectator area surely if it was dirty somebody would have seen it???
Just cause a guy is small does not mean he cannot dish it out, so thats no defence.
Finally, again, I do not condone cheap acts on a footy field, and alot of this is he said, she said.
Time to put it to bed, and everybody play some hard, clean footy !!!
