B Grade is shaping up to be a close one. Well done to those teams that managed a "Simon" on Saturday. To those who didn't hit the "track" hard.

Mr Mysterious made his way down to Bullcreek on Saturday to hopefully watch some good football. I didn't see all of the colts game, but from what I did see the less said about it the better. Keep working on the skills gents, they must be training with the West Coast Eagles with the kicking display I saw. Always next week as the young kids can improve. I did hear that I missed the most bizarre free kick awarded in the first quarter. I'm not usually one to knock the umpires but....well that says it all.

Reserves didn't play to badly. The back line was exceptional and came undone against a bigger and stronger Bullcreek side. All in all a pretty good effort.

Let's get down to the real things people want to know about.

Hot Chips= they caused much discussion amongst the Wanneroo faithful that travelled down to Bullcreek. Mr Mysterious was going to give them a 7/10 but some people had them as high as 9/10. So we can settle for 8/10. The friendly service is always good, but they did lose some points for some chips were a bit burnt. But overall a wonderful effort. Best of the opposition clubs I've seen in 2 seasons.

Bullcreek Leeming ladies days= 8/10
As in no woman I saw was less than an 8. I would have given 10 but you lost two points for blokes parading around in only pants and bow ties around the neck. MrM though that was unnecessary.

The League game was a good contested one from the start. It was tough to get a clean kick away with the pressure from both sides being top notch. Not many highlights in the first quarter as scores were very close throughout the first term. Some honourable mentions though include number 8 from Bullcreek berating his team mate for not leading at him. A head clash between two Bullcreek players that left one with a nice shiner on the eye.
Again the second quarter was nice and contested. Leading into half time scores were very close.

Wanneroo kicked away in tue third quarter due to (hopefully the West Coast Eagles can learn something) going down the middle of the ground. The stretched it out to a 5 goal lead at 3 quarter time. Bullcreek were fired up at the start of the last and hit the scoreboard with a couple of quick goals. Wanneroo held and kicked a few goals only for Bullcreek to keep coming, Wanneroo ended up holding on for a win.

Can somebody from Bullcreek explain to me the cold showers in the away change rooms. Not hot water? We aren't playing at Waverly park in 1980's, please address that issue as I was frozen.

MrM had a great day down at Bullcreek. Pity the bouncer at the nightclub I went to on Saturday Night had no idea who I was and refused me access to line up. But I'm glad I'm famous here on OzFooty.

Havent commented too much on amateurs though as the boots have been hung up this year.

Hung mine up last year and although the body certainly appreciated it the mind went a little stir crazy. 2nd year retired and I'm a lot more comfortable with it.

I do sympathise with you yolo swaggins. MrM might be ready to hang up the boots, but I'll do as most retired players do and go play some country football and pretend I'm a half decent player to wind up my 15 year playing career.

@DW - not having any issues with it at all. My time has been consumed up with other stuff so I just didnt have the time nor the heart to play this year. May go back next year as Im not even 29 yet.

@Mr M - do you even own boots? I've known you for a few years now and not once did I see you even consider playing. *Cue your standard joke about leather poisoning*

Yolo Swaggins you obviously do not know my very well then. I did once own a pair of boots, but they were overused so much that the top of the boot had worn off and I was only left with the bottom half. You're only as good as your last game and the last game I played in MrM was awarded Best on Ground for gathering more touches than Greg Williams and nearly insisting a riot amongst the crowd. There are myths and legends, but there is no myths about Mr Mysterious.
