Bit of a stuttering start to the season so it will be good to get back into it come this Saturday. After this round of games we will see 3 teams undefeated and 2 yet to rack up a win.

ELLENBROOK vs KENWICK- Both teams got there season off to perfect starts against sides that will probably miss the 5 and this game should tell us a fair bit I'd say. We know the Eels are going to be contenders once again but are Kenwick a genuine challenger?. They get a great chance early on to see where they are at but it's a tough trip out to Coolamon so ill be sticking with the Eels.

SWAN VIEW vs BALLAJURA- 1st home game of the season for The View and all 3 games should be crackers. Even though Balla got off to a winning start it must have been somewhat of a weird opening to the season. The colts had a training drill win,the ressies didn't play and the league played a ressies team from all accounts. They would be looking fwd to 3 competitive hit outs. The View did it tough against Cockburn but were in front when it mattered after a slow start and got an important win.

NOLLAMARA vs BRENTWOOD- This game is still fixtured but by all reports Nolla out of the grade. Brentwood would be winning if it went ahead

DIANELLA vs MANNING- Two teams who were widely tipped to miss the 5 face off here after opening round losses. Dianella weren't disgraced away from home and would have to go in as favourites against a Manning side who were pantsed at home. If Manning aren't competetive here it could be signs of a very long season.

EAST FREMANTLE vs COCKBURN- Again it's two teams with opening round loses both looking to get their 1st win of the season and we will get a guide as to which has improved the most after they both finished out of the 5 last season. Having played Cockburn last week and seeing them play some decent footy ill tip them to get up.

COLTS

SWAN VIEW vs BALLAJURA- Had been some great contests between these 2 teams in recent years. I expect that to continue on Saturday but the View to prevail by a couple of goals.
ELLENBROOK vs HILLS RANGER- Will be interesting to see how the ne Rangers team goes. Luckily they don't come up against one of the stronger teams 1st up and they get a chance for a win. That being said I hope the cop a flogging. Eels by 4 goals.
BELMONT vs WARNBRO-Both teams had convincing wins last week but Warbro's 1st colts had the bye and I suspect quite a few played in the 2nds. It will be a different story this week and Bemont should win comfortably.
QUINNS vs BRENTWOOD-Both teams copped hidings in round 1. Surely Brentwoods top 20 is better than Quinns 2nd 20. Time will tell but ill tip a Draw.
