TOPIC:

The Bayswater Football Club are looking for league and reserves coaches for the 2014 season.

Critical requirements for these roles include:
- endorsing the Club's Code of Conduct and Ethics and ensuring all coaching staff/players/supporters support the objectives of the Club on and off the field.
- ability to prepare, develop and implement a comprehensive and well-structured coaching, training and playing strategy .
- Displaying strong leadership and communication skills, commitment, discipline, work ethic and a professional and ethical approach.
- ability to work and act as a role model for our young playing group and develop their key weaknesses and strengths to deliver success.
