The North Beach Football Club has a proud and successful history in the WAAFL A Grade competition and seeks applications for the following positions for the 2014 WAAFL season:
THIRDS COACH (D1 LEAGUE COMPETITION)
FOURTHS COACH (D1 RESERVES COMPETITION)
FIFTHS (E GRADE COMPETITION)
BRETT JONES COLTS COACH
Critical requirements for these roles include:
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, commitment, discipline, work ethic and a professional approach
• Demonstrated capacity to prepare, develop and implement a well-defined coaching, training and playing strategy in conjunction with and under the jurisdiction of Senior Grade and Club Coach David Hynes.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop young players with emphasis on continuous improvement in a team based environment
• Relevant coaching qualifications.
