Congratulations to all sides that made it to the big dance and to Carlisle and Noranda on their promotion to C2. From memory every time I’ve played on Stirling home ground it has been in good nick so hopefully it is for the GF this week.

What a cracking game it was last time these 2 met with the Cougars getting up by 1 point. With a wet day on the cards, I can see another tight affair this time around. I can’t see the Hawks getting in the position from last time where they had to try and catch Carlisle in the last. A closer game should suit them and a lot of their players have been there, done that in GF’s before. Experience should be the key here for them. Carlisle are 2 from 2 in the finals and will have benefited from the week off when they sat down the watch the prelim. They’ll need hard contested footy to win this one. It could go either way.

The boys from Cockburn have made it through to the GF the hard way, beating 3 sides above them in a virtual elimination final every week. They have played some good physical footy and will go in buoyed by their finals campaign so far. The Hawks have only played 1 game in the last 3 weeks and will be well rested for this one. They only need this game to finish off with a perfect season. I think Robbo will add to his C3R b&f from Monday night with a premiership and BOG medal.

Noranda to win.

Carlisle to win in the league by a few goals and gain a premiership hangover on their way to C2

I think football will be the winner in this one and also whoever runs the bar at the ground will also win

Plenty of clubs to choose from if your looking to play next year, interesting that your interested in a C3 grade, must have mates there ? All clubs would be looking for people that want to play and be a part of a club. Try C2 and Bassendean . I played there a couple years a go and it has been a club of good footballers.
