Hey guys.
Wasn't able to get to the mossie vs quinns prelim on the weekend
Can anyone shed some light on how it went down there
Looks like its been some interesting couple of weeks
Hate being up north on the business side of the year

Guys went and saw the whole game,

very close to half time , Quinns were always a goal or two up but Mosman Park wouldnt go away, just when Quinns kicked away Mossis would answer with a couple.

After half time Quinns came out and pulled away in the third qrtr against a slight breeze to be 4 goals up at 3 qrtr time.

In the last qrtr Quinns ran away with it as the score board shows.

Quinns were double handling the ball in the first half but found their mojo in the second half, looks like Canning may have done them a favour last week.

Spoke to the Canning coach at half time as he was checking the game out, said he saw nothing to be surprised about, thought Quinns would run away with it, and they did.

Should be a cracker GF

I think that is the truth. The weeks break is a double edge sword. You have rest recoup but it can also break your momentum going into finals. Unlike the AFL week off amateurs are not professional footballers with the psychologist etc to keep them focused. .

Now for the huge trip to Gosnell's.

spewing its at a community ground. Being in C2 and getting WAFL grounds was one thing I enjoyed come finals time.

I've noticed Kenwick and Gosnells seem to always host an GF. Are they the only clubs putting their hand up or everyone else getting overlooked?

Not many community grounds are fenced right the way round. Most of the old Sunday League grounds are.....? I guess clubs would put their hand up if they weren't in any GF's. Easy money for the bar!

Gosnells is easily the best quality community ground, only difference to a WAFL ground is the change rooms

add the fact that even though you park inside the ground you still need to lock your car and hope like hell that the car is there when you return.

That is different from any WAFL ground I have been to

if it was held at a wafl ground does that club keep the bar takings or does the ammo's get it?

Does Gosnells keep it for providing the ground or do they share with the clubs who play?
