Exactly why they should be in the D grades with other 3rds and 4ths

Look we were not pleased to be alloted to the C4 grade, but we simply deal with the cards we were dealt. We don't whinge and complain about having to travel to south geraldton or north bunbury every second weekend, we just got on with it throughout the year.

The facts as they stand:
A Grade - Finished 4th (lost prelim final)
A Reserve - Finished 3rd (made it through to the GF)
C4 League - Finished 6th, but demonstrated they could beat some clubs Best 22. This says something when it was our 45 - 66th player picked each week.
C4 Reserves - Finished 1st (qualified for GF). Again out 67 - 88th player again another clubs 23-44th player.

To suggest that all we are interested in is winning a 4's Flag (C4 Ressies) is an utter joke. We busted our guts to try and make the 3rds final, and if it wasnt for Swan View rolling over to Jandakot in Rd 17 (which was unexpected), we would of done so.

Here is an idea, go build a club, stop whinging and moaning, and just get on with it. It has taken us 44years to get to this point, and less than 10yrs ago we were a club with an average league side, a very average reserves side and a uncompetitive 3rd's side.

On that note, I hope Brentwood get smashed this weekend (even though I have mates playing in the lower grades there).

did I hit a nerve boomer man, wasn’t having a go at either club, was just stating you would probably prefer be in with other 3rds and 4ths as we would. Just like in E Grade where there are single team clubs coming up against another clubs thirds team, makes it hard.

Now I am sure you did bust your guts to get into the league finals, at the end of the day you didn’t, so would make sense for you guys to play the best available 45th - 88th player to make the grand final in ressies, so not sure what you are carrying on about, which apparently you don’t do!

Build a club? exactly what we are trying to do? whinging and moaning? don’t think I did that just said you belong in D grade with other similar clubs, which you stated yourself by saying not happy about being in C4

Thanks for the support on the week end, really means a lot as I value your opinion. maybe have a look in the mirror?

Hopefully the oval will have been cut!! When our colts played there 3-4 weeks ago it was a cow paddock. Nice big oval which will suit the Viewers. Might see a few of the old boys from Brentwood ping a hammy if they have to cover too much ground.

you can only hope mad dog, hammy's nice and rested, most work they did was jumping the fence to get back on the bus at brown park! We were hopeing to see a couple ping on saturday, but seems both teams got through unscathed, should see two full stregnths sides going head to head! interesting to see your boys take a premiership photo after the game?

Looks like sunny cool dry, so conditions ideal for a good clean game of footy!

Haha yeah thought that might get a mention. A parent of a player has been taking snaps all year and some great shots at that. Didn't mean much other than the boys getting happy with each other which is never a bad thing. Word has it they carried on that happiness well into Sunday morning with a game of "gay chicken" and couple of them went home with pash rash.
Anyway, was good to have a decent hit out and also rest up a coupe as well.
