Manning v Canningvale

The Cougars are unlikely to make the finals but would be happy with their effort this year and knowing they have some good kids pushing up. They'll want to finish off in style and the hapless Rippers won't be able to stop them, the Cougars by plenty.

Bassendean v SNESA
Last time: SNESA 7.8 50 def by Bassendean 15.11 101

Bassendean were most impressive last week and look set to have an impact in the finals, they should win this at home, probably by 5-6 goals. SNESA have been solid and should also be resaonably happy with their effort this year.

Mosman Park v Swan Valley
Last time: Swan Valley 12.6 78 def by Mosman Park 19.7 121

Mossie had a hiccup against a fellow contender last week and will no doubt be looking to bounce back hard. The Valley still have the threat of relegation lingering so will give it everything. Given the weather forecast and the reputation of Park's small ground it will proably be a grinding affair. Mossies should win.

Quinns v Warnbro
Last time Warnbro 5.4 34 def by Quinns 16.20 116

The longest road trip in C2 and Warnbro will be looking to make a statement before the finals. They have been a little hot and cold, they'll need to be red hot against the Bulls but I just can't pick against a side that hasn't dropped a game. The margin will be of interest, hard to say, depends on which Swans side shows up! But the Bulls by 5-6 goals for me.

Kenwick v Canning SP

The Royals last chance for survival unfortunately comes against a side that has proven to be the second best all year. The old rivalry should ensure a tough contest but it's hard to see the Tigers being upset in thelead up to the finals. Canning SP by 5 goals.

Be nice here for us to finish with a win. Tough season for us with our depth tested. A year older and a year stronger next year. Be good to have a beer with a few of the Manning boys after the game after a long season.

Bassendean
Should win this one easily and have some good form heading into the finals. In my view have the strongest forward line in the comp. On their day could beat anyone. SNESA have struggled for much of the season and will want this game to be over pretty quick. Basso by lots.

Mosman Park
Valley have had an up and down season, a couple of good players, but IMO too many passengers. Mosman Park are as good as any on their day and need this win going into the finals. They will win this one by 6 goals.

Quinns
IMO, the two best users of the footy in the comp. If it is wet, I can't see Warnbro getting close though. Quinns the powerhouse will win this one by 5 goals.

Canning
Relegation looms for the Royals. They ahve a very proud history and no doubt will be back in the coming years. Canning IMO are one of only two options who could realistically beat Quinns. They will win this one by 4 goals.

Canningvale by 10 goals and to go out with a bang! Also there 2's to get there first aswel.
Bassendean by 7 goals winners and set them selves up nicely come finals.
Mossie park by 8 goals. I personally think the 2's game will be more exciting!
Quinns to finish off the season undefeated( well done lads ) by 3 goals
Canning to knock off old SFL rival by 7 goals.
