Not much to play for here but pride with the Rippers going to be relegated and SNESA no chance of playing finals. SNESA will win easily though, they have had some fine matches this year and Manning are undermanned.

Kenwick v Swan Valley
Last time: Swan Valley 15.10 100 def Kenwick 12.14 86

The Valley looked to have the game sewn up at half time last time they met only for the Royals to charge back in the second. The Royals must win to avoid the drop so will no doubt come out firing but I think The Valley will get over the line with just as much at stake.

Bassendean v Mosman Park
Last time: Mosman Park 11.14 80 def Bassendean 9.10 64

The first of three big games where the top five will be impacted. Mossie were beginning their mid season rise last time around. Basso will be keen to keep their top five spot, a home final is up for grabs, game on! Basso for me in a close one.

Canningvale v Warnbro
Last time: Warnbro 15.18 108 def Canningvale 7.3 45

Canningvales inability to beat a top five side is proving to be costly, another loss here and their finals hopes will be sliding fast. They will be a chance at home against a slightly inconsistent Swans outfit but I think Warnbro will get up, probably not by much.

Quinns Districts v Canning SP - GAME OF THE ROUND
Last time: Canning SP 10.7 67 def By Quinns Districts 13.10 88

The top of the table clash everyone has been waiting for! The Tigers have been cruising along quietly keeping pace with the undefeated Bulls. Quinns have top spot and the week's rest pretty much locked away but will be looking to make a statement in the lead up to the finals. I'm not one who believes in "the loss they had to have" but I think the Bulls will suffer their first loss of the year in what should be a cracker!

Both teams only playing for pride here. Manning have struggled all season and SNESA are in the 'can't make finals and can't be relegated' zone. Nothing much to say. SNESA by 10-goals.

Kenwick
Purely because I love a fairy-tale in footy - I will tip Kenwick to get up and make the last round a cracker for both these sides. Kenwick have been up and down playing good footy against some good sides only to lose the game. The Valley have some good players but perhaps have a few passengers as well. Interesting to see this result. Kenwick by a goal!!

Bassendean
The top 6-sides play each other this weekend. This is one of three cracking matches. I like the game style of both sides but Bassendean for me have more match winning players... I think they will win this one by 3-goals.

Canning
A lot like Dingo, I believe this will be Quinns' wake up call. Tough thing to win every game in a season, I know that first hand as we slipped up last year vs Armadale who look destined for C4 a year later. Canning are as good a side as any in this comp and Quinns' record speaks for itself. I am sure there will be many folk getting on the WAAFL site Saturday night to see the result here. Canning for me, byyyyyyy 6-goals?? haha

Canningvale
Simple scenario for us, we need to win this game or next week vs Quinns PLUS Round 18 vs Manning to make finals. We have under performed against the top few sides this year and this is a game we MUST win. I'll back our boys to get the job done at home.

GOTR. . . The tigers on a roll and the bulls undefeated this will shape up to be a close game. ( will not surprise me if its a draw ) Quinns are strong at home and no doubt put up a massive fight and the tigers will be packing a punch. CANNING by 2points
Canningvale really need this win to stay in touch with the five, they face a very in form mossie park. No doubt this will be another close game with canningvale throwing everything at to get over the line and stay in touch.

Manning v SNESA
Manning are having a rough trot, I hope they makes this a good game but i think SNESA will win by a fair margin.

Kenwick v Swan Valley
a very important game in terms of relegation, we are hoping for a big crowd as it's our past players/Sponsors day and also the reunion for our first grand final side. last time we played them we gave them a headstart and couldn't reel them back in. if we lose this game we can look forward to C3 next year if we win we still have a chance to avoid Relegation. i'll tip us in a tight one

Bassendean v Mosman Park
this should be a very good game, mosman park like free running while basso seem to play a more contested style. basso are a lot better team at home and i'll tip them to take the biccies in a close one

Canningvale v Warnbro
another game with a lot on the line canningvale still eyeing finals will have to get past an up and down Warnbro side. as they are at home i'll tip them by a very small margin

Quinns Districts v Canning SP
quinns have been up all year and you'd think eventually they will come down, i don't think it will be this week however, they have had some big wins up at their home ground and even though this will be a closer game i still think quinns will win be 4-5 goals
