The Carlisle Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for Coaching positions for season 2024.
C1 League Coach
C1 Reserves Coach
ID Colts Coach
Thirds Coach
Womens Coach
The club is looking to field 5 teams across C1 League, C1 Reserves, Ian Dargie Colts, Thirds (Grade to be determined) and C4/5 Womens.
The successful applicants will display the following attributes:
a) Have minimum Level 1 coaching accreditation willing to work towards a Level 2 accreditation
b) Respect and build on the culture and values of Carlisle Football Club
c) The ability to bring a playing group of all abilities and develop them to their full potential.
d) Have a club first mentality.
e) Ability to provide/obtain a suitable support network of assistant coaches
f) Is a strong leader and displays applicable communication skills with a range of stakeholders
g) Be actively involved in the recruiting and retention of players.
They should include:
A written letter of application
Copies of the required qualifications
A brief resume outlining previous coaching experience
