The Piara Waters Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for positions for the upcoming 2023 season.
These positions are as follows:
A Grade Women’s
E3 League Coach
The club currently has 5 teams across different grades including 3 men’s sides (C2, C2R & E3) and 2 women’s sides (A and C)
The successful applicants will display the following attributes:
1. Hold a current level 1 coaching accreditation or will complete it prior to the appointment
2. Have prior coaching experience at a similar level
3. Have strong communication skills as well as be able to listen when required
4. Have a one-club mentality across all 5 teams
5. Have strong leadership skills and be able to work with a group of coaches
6. Able to attend every game throughout the 2023 season and most training sessions
7. Lead/Assist in player recruitment
8. Be a leader within the club and the broader community
9. Women’s A coach is to attend the “Women’s Coaching Academy” run by the PFL if they haven’t done already
