Going off their social media and the PlayHQ rego page, it would appear as though Kelmscott have been allowed back into the PFL.

Where do they start? C5 or C4?
are they subject to any conditions following their ordinary on and off field disciplinary record that led to them being booted from the PFL in 2017?

How will the player points system apply to them?

I'd expect C5 and player points is the same as any other league team.
