Carlisle Football Club was established in 1962 and is a proud C1 Grade community club that strives for success both on and off the field and is seeking C1 Reserves, Colts and E3 coaches for the 2022 season. Whilst the primary role is to manage the on-field performance of the respective teams by providing strong coaching it is equally important for the role to continue to develop the strong culture within the football club, leadership within the club and local community develop players skills, football knowledge, self-esteem and fostering relationships with our junior clubs. The successful applicant will work with the Club’s senior coach Craig Mueller by way of ongoing mentoring and review, adopting philosophies and implementing game plans and training programs. Carlisle Football Club invites applications for the following Coaching roles for the 2022 Perth Football League season: Carlisle Football Club is seeking C1 Reserve grade, Colts and E3 coaches for season 2022.
- Working under our League Coach these roles will be instrumental in building a stronger club.
- Candidates will be required to have as a minimum level 1 coaching certificate.
- Coaching experience at senior level preferred but not a necessity.
- Previous experience with an amateur sporting environment preferred.
- Ability to contribute to the development of players skill and personal growth.
- Preference is for non-playing however may be considered at interview.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to drive our one club culture.
