Hi just wanting information on how teams are going with numbers this year I’ve heard some clubs are looking at a 3rds this season and a few getting a colts up and running again.
Also those that went to 1 team last season due to covid if they are getting enough to get 2 sides up this season. Also heard some are struggling to get a second side up this season. That’s disappointing for those clubs should they not get a second team up and having to drop back. Hopefully those clubs have a good colts program in place so they can bounce back like others have done in the past.
Anyway would be good hear what’s going on around the league

PH the link for the clearance page has not yet been updated as it’s still showing all 2020 clearances.

From what I’m hearing and seeing numbers at some clubs are absolutely booming, maybe that’s why there might be a delay with the fixtures as clubs finalise there teams including some E1 clubs pushing for two teams. On the other hand I have also herd that some clubs are struggling and may even be pulling there E3, E4 teams (including a premiership team from last year) ( watch this space)
With an extra team added into c1 now that may shake up the original plan for one up one down as I know of one club that has been asked to move up after loosing the GF.
Let’s all not forget also that country footy is back this season, so some clubs could loose players chasing the $$$.
