I have been impressed with some of the umpires this year as they are doing a great job controlling the game but still some of the club umpires really need to be a bit more honest. When two teams are fighting it out and scores are close you dont need a cheating club umpire to ruin the game. Dont get me wrong I know the game needs umpires but be HONEST.

Amateur umpires = amateur decisions on occasions.
Just like I'm sure not everyone one of your possesions is perfect.
Our league umpire makes quirky decisions at times but thats life, and at least we have someone committed.
Grab a whistle mate and show us all how its done.
