The Coolbinia Amateur Football Club is seeking applicants for the following coaching positions for season 2021:
C2 League Coach
C2 Reserves Coach
E Grade Coach
Women’s Team Coach
Colts Coach
The successful applicants will display the following attributes:
a) Continue to build on the culture and values of Coolbinia AFC in being an inclusive and family orientated community football club.
b) Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation with a desire to work towards obtaining a Level 2 Coaching Accreditation or further
c) The ability to bring together a playing group and develop them to their full potential
d) Ability to provide/obtain a suitable support network of assistant coaches
e) Is a strong leader and displays applicable communication skills with a range of stakeholders; and
f) Continue the strong development of the Coolbinia culture & environment, including the ongoing improvement of connections with local junior football clubs.
g) Ability to recruit players in consultation with the Executive Committee
