Nicholas D'Agostino is showing he's going to be a star in the A League if the last two weeks is anything to go by. Scored a great goal against Victory last week and should have at least put one more away after that and scored a nice brace on Friday night against Wellington.

He's only 21 and already he's shown some chemistry with the likes of Fornaroli and Chianese then there is Castro and Juande to come back in. Perfect timing with Ikkonomidis going down with an ACL. Gee Poppa would have had a selection nightmare if Ikkonomidis didn't get injured.

The squad is starting to look really strong and if Poppa can get his full squad for (excluding CI) they can give the championship a real shake.

He was by far the standout player for the young Socceroos at the recent Olympic qualifiers as well DD.
