I can understand Poppa managing game time of key players as this month is pretty hectic in terms of fixturing but 5 or 6 changes each week is a bit much in my opinion. Chianese was quiet and Keogh missed one he would have got nine times out of ten in the first half and all of a sudden, the Glory are 2 - nil down at half time. I suppose they got the job done whilst Davidson, Castro only played a half and Kilkenny and Spiranovic had a rest so all's well that ends well. A big game this week against Victory away...

Good victory and Castro is that far ahead of anyone in that teams its not funny, on a lighter note, i wonder if Kurt Aim ( alledged referee) is relate to Daglish form the AFL in regards to bias. He was beyond a joke yesterday

Yep amazing game 6 goal second half. Popovic summed Castro up perfectly he said "his decision making was on another level". His pass to find Franjic splitting 3 defenders was as good as you'll see. I'm seriously considering going to the last few home games just to see Castro. He really is something special, Rioli or Krakouer like comparing to our AFL freaks.

Keogh should have buried that header in the first half but the one he scored in the second half was as good a team goal as you will see started by Castro. I thought Franjic played his best game so far in Glory colours.

That's the 2nd big comeback they have pulled off in the last few weeks. The old Glory team (i.e. last year) would have laid down and died at 3- 1 down but their self belief must be at record high levels ATM.

when you consider they still have Kilkenny, Spiranovic, Ikonomides to come back into the team from yesterday and young Italiano building fitness, they should give it a big shake come finals time.

Must of been in the back pages of the Sunday Times or Mondays West Freezin. How times have changed alright.

BC I reckon Glory's depth this year is possibly the envy of the A League, shit we've even got former Aussie goal keeper Mark Bosnich calling us fav's to take home the silverware, or should I say dunny seat. Gotta be the weirdest trophy in sport.

Cracking game and comeback from the Glory yesterday 1-3 down 20 odd minutes from time and then managed to put 3 goals in 5 minutes into the back of the ol onion bag to take the 3 points!
I doubt that would have happened under the old coaches as the players would have been thinking about their next piss up rather than actually winning soccer games.
Surprising to see Freeze was an EF Tricolore supporter thought he would have followed Inglewood Kiev or Bayswater Inter?
Do we assume he follows Wellington Phoenix in the HAL?

The trophy with the biscuit on top of it for a recent Pakistan v Australia cricket series was pretty weird although I agree that a toilet seat takes the cake. Makes you wonder what they do with it in terms of celebration given that normally champagne is drunk from a cup type trophy.......

If you visit the Broadarrow Pub on the Kalgoorlie to Leonora road you will find hanging on the wall behind the bar a toilet seat.
Some 100 odd years ago this toilet seat was the trophy for the annual cricket match between Broadarrow and Ora Banda.
What does this have to do with Perth Glory.
Absolutely nothing.
Have had one or 2 beers at the Broadarrow.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!
I shot the fukin sherriff!!!!
