Sounds similar to getting all your mercury fillings removed (but for the body)which is highly recommended although mainstream dentists are ignorant to this. DONT get root canals either

Tell me more about mercury fillings SD. I’ve still got a couple from 40-50 years ago. I went to a dentist a about r3moving them many years ago, but was told not to worry about them.
