At a glance not many mate, which does seem a little strange. Possibly only 1 or 2.

oool: spot on, just two are from Victoria. It is funny how they take over everything in our code; Johnson is one and I would certainly pick D Kickett before him in a back pocket.

For mine I thought Chris Johnson was pretty good and hard at it and would have him in a back pocket before Kickett et al.
I presume this side was picked prior to Shaun Burgoyne's last decade otherwise along with a couple of others I would have had him in before his brother Peter.

oool -- it was picked in 2006 or so -- if you were to pick it now, you wold also be able to pick Franklin.

He would slot in pretty easily.

Not sure about Cable as coach. He did fa at North’s. Surely there would have been a better contender.

This team was for the 20th Century (1900-1999) & therefore Adam Goodes should NOT be eligible as his first AFL season was in 1999.
A Kid from South Bunbury namely Syd Jackson played in TWO Carlton premierships & deserves a spot.

How on earth were Phil Krakouer, Phil Narkle, Keith Narkle, Derek Kickett, Michael Mitchell etc not in that side?

shark 58 Farmer would have been the only alternative to Cable as Coach
