42, from memory you’ve banged on about conscription and Vietnam b4. Wish you would get your facts right on both. Try McMahon government, 72 and 71.
Please, blues poles wasn’t a good look when unemployment and inflation were thu the roof.

58, the following offer differing points???

Are we paying 7.5% too much in income tax?

This is a hard question. John Howard was very poor in his last 3 years. The most trustworthy to me was Bob Hawk..I also liked Paul Keating. But for longevity, standard of living and economic prosperity. I would say Bob Menzies. But have heard bad things about pig iron Bob like Anchorman is saying.

Sure you got the right article?

Doesn't mention anything about blue poles.

Childish response, as I’ve gone well past McMahon, old cock.

Thought you were going to explain to those, who were unemployed at that time and when the nation was broke, how spending 1.3 mill on a drunkards painting was good fiscal policy?

Spending 1.3 mill on a painting would suggest the nation was not that broke.

Whoever was behind the purchase should be commended for their sharp sense of judgement. That drunkards painting would go for a fair penny no doubt. But i do not think it would ever be put up for sale.

Who knows? Our governments are allowing the Chinese and Japs to buy the country, why not let them buy our artwork?

Yeah why not - could be fun. It would go for plenty that is for sure. Then re invest the funds back into fresh acquisitions and see if they appreciate as spectacularly as the drunkards work did.
