Really not sure about this one, sure its local, but tbh the beers they have I've tasted have been pretty ordinary, and certainly not mainstream, all very well to have craft beers, but most people don't drink them and certainly don't want to be paying 15 bucks for a cup of cloudy, off smelling pommie style ale when they are at the footy.

They wont have to worry about jokers getting hammered serving that. One will be enough.

Also how does this fit in with the AFLs Carlton Sponsorship deal?

Who gives a shite about what the AFL thinks, those pricks have contributed sweet FA to the new stadium so cant be asking for us to bend over to keep their wooblah sponsors happy. Tell 'em to pharrrk off.

Who cares about the VPL's sponsorship. They don't own the stadium, they don't manage the stadium.

CUB missing the pourage rights contract at the new stadium will have a significant impact on all levels of WA footy.
The $35m CUB sponsorship of the WAFC was extended for 10 years to 2020 and includes a suite of sponsorship and pourage rights:
1. Exclusive beer pourage at Subiaco Oval
2. Sponsorships of the Fremantle and West Coast
3. Naming rights for the Carlton Mid Derby
4. Pourage and sponsorship rights at WAFL clubs
5. Pourage and sponsorship rights at amateur footy clubs in WA.

With Subiaco Oval not hosting AFL games for the last 3 years of the contracted period and CUB products not being poured at the new stadium then you'd have to think there'd be a significant reduction in the $3.5m pa that the WAFC receives from the agreement.
