Anybody know how the WAFL salary cap works?
I think clubs have $220,000 odd to spend on their salaries but what about the fringe benefits like expenses for the players, paying medical costs, other stuff like fines and expenses external to footy, are these included? What about artificial or contrived stuff (ala the Judd Visy scenario)? Who works all this stuff out?
