I would make him honour his contract. They need to get back in the top four and they will not do that by selling their best forward.

Another Leeds man here! Was optimistic we'd get promoted next season but Monk leaving has cast a doubt over everything - will be interesting to see who the new manager is.

While I don't follow their respective leagues too closely I also take an interest in Borussia Dortmund, and HNK Rijeka who have just won their first league title - am hopeful they will get through the champs league qualifiers so I can watch them in Europe.

alahoy -- good for you. Overall, I think Monk did a good job, I agree. As you know, anything can happen at Leeds United, so like you, I am crossing my fingers about the new manager. I would go for Tony Pulis or Big Sam. How about you?

The favourites are Alan Pardew (boo!) and Claudio Ranieri (now that could be interesting!)

Never really been a fan of Sam myself.

Interesting to see how much they get for Sanchez - could be £55-60 million. Bellerin has been linked to a decent bid from Barcelona too. Arsenal could be well and truly cashed up.

TM: Is Bale on his way out of Real Madrid? Perhaps Wenger could put in a bid? That would really stir things up in North London.
