Great game today up until the last quarter, jeez where did Swans go? Totally different side to the first 3 quarters, no fight no pressure - some of the goals we scored in the final quarter looked like a pre-season practice match.

Mark Seaby could win the Sandover this year, as could Captain Brownie. Forward line looks so good with the options of Hamp, McGovern, Richardson and Medhurst and when a few of the smaller midfielders score goals once again opposing sides have a hell of a lot to cover.

Were you at the game tigeriffic??? Swans were poor all day not just in the last qtr. And there was a strong breeze blowing to the Guildford end which Claremont were kicking with in the last qtr hence the blow out!

I recorded it - watched last night. Swans were competative in the first making the most of their opportunities but the Tiggers still played the better footy. Swans going into attack were more open and creative but around the rest of the ground you could see the danger signs.

From there on it was the Tiggers all day. Swans were totally out played and Claremont look to be every bit the team to beat as we all expected. In saying that Swans could well have a good season but at this early stage the Tiggers had too much class and too many options.

Yes mate I was there - I thought they were ok for the first 3 quarters (Swans) - the effort was there at least but the last term regardless of the wind there was no effort at all - no chase no pressure, it was like it was all too hard and they were looking forward to next week.

I wasn't there but if you think the Swannies played ok in the 2nd and 3rd then the TV cameras must have been shooting the game from a different angle ???

Swans outscored the Tigers in the 3rd term.

swans were shit after quarter time.

Tigers just wanted the pill more and were harder, tougher and more aggressive at the ball all day.

Swans may have outscored them in the third but still didn't look like winning the game.

By only 3 points & we were kicking with at least a 4 goal wind in the 3rd qtr! Swans were bloody terrible mate but in saying that Claremont were also very, very good.
