You can hear Messrs Porter's, Wyatt's,Irons's et al knees knocking as they face political oblivion. That is why WA has received a windfall in education funds. That is why WA will get the cancelled Roe 8 money.

The only two WA Federal Liberals that are safe are Cormann and Bishop.

Ark, the Feds have handed some major GST leverage to WA by announcing they want WA gas to be piped east to support their power gen system.

Sneakers cant believe his luck with this announcement happening during his tenure instead of Barny's. There's no way WA will agree to that without a massive change to the GST formula and safeguards put in place so the current situation can never be repeated.

SS: that is good to hear. I could put up with receiving 80 cents in the dollar, but 30 odd is just ridiculous. Your right about luck in politics, it is always good to have it on your side.

That's about the only leverage they will have, might help if the numpties in SA and Vic actually used some of their own gas instead of fantasy renewables.
