It is not their money. They did not fund the building of the stadium.

So lets get this right.,

They have a product which they sell tickets for - to patrons to view the product - But the ticket revenue they sell doesn't go them?

There's only two types, members tickets, which go straight to the clubs and the remainder the AFL sell and which the revenue will go direct to the AFL.

On what basis would either body be forced to hand over ticket sale revenue to a third party?

Bazza since I think you are being singularly obtuse, I will leave it for you to work out. I am sure you have the mental wherewithal to work it out.

There is ZERO legal or contractual basis for the ticket seller to hand over revenue - the only what it would happen is if the two franchises agreed to it and/or the AFL agreed to it.

Hilarious Bazza. I have been following Swans since the 1960s. We have had some shocking seasons in the time I have supported Swans. I missed one game, thanks to the Federal election, last season.
