After every side completed their 20 game season I think it's fair to say each team ended up where it deserved to be. Perhaps Claremont should have finished a little higher given the amount of close losses they had.

EP had a harder draw than most having to play the top 4 three times each and the bottom 4 only twice.

EF only played WP & Subi twice so finishing behind EP is probably fair enough.

Swans performance in winning the wooden spoon was the worst from a WAFL team since Peel in 2003. Their average score of 56 points is the lowest in modern day history. A home crowd average of just over 1300 is also well below the WAFL average.

It looks a race in two being Subi and South but you never know.

Condolences to those who's side has come to an end.

Current Sportsbet market

Subi $2
South $3.75
Peel $4
WP $8
EP $15

Sportsbet obviously think Peel are a big chance. Unders for mine.

You'd think they'd have plenty of Freo players available but that's not always a good outcome.

Possibly, they were betting $14 about Peel a few weeks back.

Interesting stuff C-V.
Looking at the League ladder, sees Subiaco on top with 1072 Ball Disposals Inside 50M, whilst South Fremantle are next with 1014. West Perth round out the top 3 with 950. South Fremantle have scored the most Goals, 2 ahead of Claremont whom are 2 ahead of Subiaco. Again, Souths have their noses in front with the Total Scoring shots with Subiaco in arrears by 2. East Fremantle and West Perth are the next best.
For mine, it looks a Premiership race between South Fremantle and Subi. But if West Perth are fully fit and switched on, they are capable of defeating anyone.
