As the WAFL is still a proud competition it seems a complete waste to see loyal WAFL supporters throwing in the towell due to their respective clubs selling them out. There are still 7 original loyal WAFL clubs playing and would welcome all you supporters as members. Swans is a traditional club with a fantastic supporter base where you can still have a beer during the game, engage in some WAFL chat and without the AFL distraction that will no doubt affect the aligned teams. Nothing better than a Saturday arvo on the hill with mates. We have always respected the former East Perth football club and would welcome you all into our Traditional WAFL family. Likewise I am sure some Peel supporters would be welcome at either South or East. Go on.......come on down . You can still be a former East Perth supporter supporting us because your team is no longer. ;) :woohoo: See you at Shark Park on Saturday!!

I can't speak for everyone, but I simply can't start supporting another wafl team. I had supported one of the teams since primary school, and now big business is simply allowed to waltz and more or less take it over!
I will keep an eye on the competition this year but from afar and not become too concerned about it. I loved the wafl because it was the wafl and now I feel it's tainted. Much of the general populus can't see what's happening and don't really give a toos which is sad I think.
But this sounds appealing. re:
