Ok, topic created just for a laugh on a so-far dull Friday.

How we going as a site in 2016? How do we rate the performance and the input of the new owner and administrator(s)?? Any suggestions for positive change???

As for the members on this site at the mid season point who's winning the battle of the banter? who's our current F&B? best new poster? best utility? who is leading the Bernie Naylor for kicking the most goals on Ozfooty? Best defender? Clanger - worst post of the year award? Do you see any changes to the leaderboards before season's end???

All in a bit of fun lads...look forward to your input as I'm sure will Admin hahaha

I think it's fantastic having this site. The site is in good health as far as I can see. Great to be able to visit and catch up with all the latest Wafl news and gossip. Not concerned with most of the personal banter between others, but some of the postings are quite funny. Good to see others expressing a sense of humour in a sometimes depressing world. The site seems to be cranking along quite well, although I'm not here as much as some others. I'm sure if there's problems, Admin won't be backward in coming forwards. Everyone seems to be behaving themselves after the recent ex members being banned. Hopefully this site will be around for many, many and many years into the future. Just my thoughts.

I would like to publically apologise for my obsession with the SDFC.....well not the club itself, but their fans....just cant help myself....as BH rightly pointed out I do make myself out to be a "Leo Wanker" most of the time.....not intended, but in all honesty, with the amount of clandestine on/off the footy field activity SDFC generate and their fans blatantly ignore, I just cant help myself

.....I apologise again for all the disrespect I show the brethren.....touch wood this admission of remorse, will generate a few "thank you's"....I appear to be lacking in that circle jerk department of my posting.

Good to have Grassy back too.....the fella is quickly reigning in the leading posters here on the site.....

Battle of the Banter - The Swans boys are a mile in front
Clanger - Grassy drops a few but is tireless in his persistence to flood the forum with inane, spam like rants. Should have the B&F rapt up already

Dogman's report on his trip to Rushton Park from a few seasons back remains the all time best post on this forum.

I'd be interested to know if the site is getting more activity in 2016 compared to previous years.Personally I know I've been less interested in the footy this year due to changes in my work and personal life but also because both my WAFL and AFL teams are shite this year (one to be expected). Site seems to have mellowed with regards to personal abuse which is great. A few moments where people have forgotten to maintain a sense of humour but in general I'd give the site a tick so I guess thats a tick for the new owner(s) of the site.

Grassy a sure thing for best new poster and best utility...he's been prolific as ever across all boards although not sure on his disposal efficiency will keep him in the running for the B & F.
I'd suggest results on the board have Subi in front in the battle of the banter. BC & TOSG just need to point to the scoreboard although we are all waiting in hope for a dramatic fall from grace for Subi in the latter half of the season.
I forgot to suggest best Clubman award in my original post. Grump is a certainty for this one.
Best defender is a tight race between 42,PN and BH...I'll leave my decision until later where I will post my thoughts on the B&F, Bernie Naylor and clanger of the year mid season leaderboards....too busy at work right now

I tend to like DD, Anchorman and Grumps comments the most, but great to hear from everyone

Some of the club forums are quiet.Peel.Wp.Ep.Cmt even Eagles.Perth the most used forum and Sfreo.Sd and Subi.Dockers is also a busy forum on ozfootynet.

There was a rumour about an alleged Peel supporter a few months back. ASIO were put on the case but were unable to verify this.

Grassy you have been quiet on the rumours in recent times...

Grassy would have to be a lock for the F&B of Ozfooty, his stats for the conspiracies involving everything AFL would be right up there so many false flags.
