No doubt but i'm talking about the coach, Dawson at EP has links with the Eagles Sheppard has none what so ever with Freo and i would not be surprised if they replaced him with one of their own.

Possibly ? Did they pick him or have a say in it ??? Or was it sorted before they came on board ???

I think he got the gig before the alignment,he may last the year but when the alignment comes into full force next year Freo will want some one with the knowledge of their game plan in place.

Interesting to see in the Eagles Reserves team huddle yesterday their coaching staff included/consisted of Brian Dawson, Phil Narkle, Adrian Hickmott, Phil Scott et al in fact pretty much everyone bar Worsfold ...all of course are West Coast paid employees!

I don't like writing on here sounding like a wet blanket. But you can all be rest assured said business already has someone in place for when Shepherd is given the flick.

I said it before, the east perth eagles and the peel dorks have to get used to the fact that they are now the toys of the afl. RL & JW will tinker with them to suit their own whims. Hell, they have no interest whatsoever in the club itself. If they become successful, it will simply be a side effect - not by design.
