Fellas I thought I would put the question to you who do you feel would be the safest and the ones at most risk for the 2013 season.

Webb
Current 2012 Premiership coach and recently appointed State coach, safe as houses.

Malaxos
Current runners up from the 2012 season. The man has a wealth of knowledge and achievements and if I recall guided the young sharks to a colts flag a few years back , safe I would of thought.

Dawson
Recently appointed coach of the Royals and of recent times Premiership coach at Swans. Another safe one.

Cam Sheppard
Ex Perth ( another figjam they will tell you) Claremont premiership player and recently appointed senior coach of the Peel Thunder, safe I would say!

Harding
Harding I think has a couple of colts premierships under his belt, has played at the highest level . The duck had a tough trot in his first year after Dawson left but rebounded last year to play finals last year. I expect them to make the cut this year so I am also lean towards the safe zone.

Scofield
This one is a 50/50 each way bet. Has played at the highest level and in my option was a quality player. Has he he cattle to put pressure on the top 4. JKT and McDoug will be a bonus if they spend a good chunk of time on the field.

Hasleby
Quality player at the highest level. Not a good start to his coaching career. Was the cattle in the kennel a bit thin last year . Cannot see he bulldogs taking failing to kindly so he will need to improve or find himself in the gun barrel . The bloke pull one out of the bag last year, 10 goals down early in the last and got the dogs over the line so he knew a bit more than his coaching opponent that night . Anyone recall the team as I think it was WP.

Monaghan
West Perth coach might find a bit of heat heading his way if they fail to fire this year. I expect the garlics to be about he place but will it be enough for him to survive .

McMahon
High expectations from this promising Messiah from the East. Highly creditialed, couple of WAFL league games, Northam premier ship coach, successful 16teen coach and colts coach at Perh. Colts coach of the year a few years back ( that has me stuffed) has great ability to white ant others in his way ( Wayne, Andrew, Percy) the list goes on. Should last the year as the Mighty Demons HONOUR there CONTRACTS. Finished 8th last year with a reasonable list but lacks communication skills and any sound understanding of the game. Early wins are essential as by about round 6 the rug might be pulled from under his feet. Fingers legs and anything else crossed.

Your thought most welcome, please no insults from a few certain loyalist!!!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Webb - definitely agree - may well not be the best coach, as the proverbial drover's dog would win a flag with the Tige's team...let's see how he performs when the chips are down
Stavros - needs to finish very high on the ladder, perhaps even a flag or the fat lady will start to tune up.
Dawson - the Eagles want him there, so he has the luxury of finishing stone motherless last and will still survive
Sheppard - will need to do something very good, as the dorks would rather pick their own coach for their reserves side.
Harding - needs a good year or the swans experts on this site will want to sack him....again.
Schofield - don't know much about him. Tell me, is it true that he's a figjam that doesn't appreciate others opinion?
The Hase - needs to get his 'forever promising' team up the ladder, or he'll end up back at EFFC as an assistant coach.
Monomuncher - needs to produce THIS year. I can't see the Cardies putting up with another failed year.
McMahon - who's he??? A bloke could have the greatest credentials in the world, but hen you can't get your team to win games and get your supporters right behind you.....yer dead meat.
2x25= Seinor and Michael = 1xBrian Peake

Ive never called for Harding to be sacked, i reckon he is doing a great job and has the players on his side, one thing is for sure he doesnt tolerate mediocrity or players not towing the line
Beneath the Southern cross i stand, on Bassendean Oval, can in hand, Swan Districts, you Farkin Beauty!

Me neither mate ..only leek & goodie from footygoss were making those ridiculous calls!
I think 58shark has certainly let his mobs leader Stavros off the hook, if they cant win the flag this year for the first time this century than the heat will certainly be on the Sharks coach! :S

And tell me...who would you replace Stavros with? Can't think of anyone with better credentials sitting in the background atm. BTW...I like your "winning a flag this century" remark. It would sound good to the uninitiated. After all, this century swans have won 6....errr 4....err 2....err 1 flag. Gee, that's HUGE :woohoo:

The heat is on every coach to win the flag this year cause it aint gonna be easy after that.

I reckon Cam Sheppard would have to be under some pressure at the minute, three losses to start the season Freo wouldn't be to happy just proves that you can't polish a turd.

I hate to differ but I don't think Freo will give a shit. All they want is their guy's playing footy in the position and structures they want as a AuFL club.

They probably would like to win a few so the players get that winning feeling but that's not top of their list. Develop the players and get them up to AuFL standard - and they don't have to be winning week in week out although I know it does help ???

No doubt but i'm talking about the coach, Dawson at EP has links with the Eagles Sheppard has none what so ever with Freo and i would not be surprised if they replaced him with one of their own.
