Today at a game at North Beach versus Whitford D league a young Whitford player has a serious injury with a horrific broken leg. The game was called off as they had to wait for the Ambulance to arrive and take the poor player to hospital.

The Whitford D league coach at the presentations back at his club went out of his way to thank North Beach on the fantastic medical support they showed to this you player.

We all are very quick to judge that club (NB) to be arrogant as they have been so successful but they obviously have concern for the game and the competition.

Well done to all involved at North Beach.

Jumper colours and rivalries count for nothing when a player is badly hurt.
